Automaton
A self-hosted AI workspace. The command-line client installs with one line and needs nothing else: .NET is bundled.
Linux (x64)
curl -fsSL https://automaton.design/install.sh | sh
Installs to ~/.local/share/automaton-cli and links ~/.local/bin/automaton. Needs glibc; Alpine is not supported yet.
Windows (x64)
irm https://automaton.design/install.ps1 | iex
Run in PowerShell. Installs to %LOCALAPPDATA%\Programs\Automaton CLI and adds it to your user PATH. No admin rights needed.
Update or pin a version
Run the same line again to update. To install a particular version, set AUTOMATON_VERSION first. The current release is listed in latest.json.
